Function

As a STIP Coordinator, you will monitor scaffolding, tracing, insulation and painting works carried out by various contractors. You will coordinate the activities on a daily basis, schedule them in the short and medium term, and ensure safe, efficient and cost-conscious execution.

In addition, you will manage the STIP register in SAP, conduct site visits, field checks and LMRA’s, and act as an executor within the work permit procedure. Upon completion, you will monitor the quality, housekeeping and administrative correctness of the work performed.

We are looking for someone who…

  • Has a diploma A2 Mechanics or equivalent through experience.
  • Works analytically, methodically and in a structured manner.
  • Communicates strongly with applicants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively and independently picks up and follows up on assignments.
  • Dares to take initiative and takes responsibility.
  • Integrates smoothly into a team and enjoys working together.
