Function

  • Coordinates the activities of the metalworkers and welders in the workshop
  • Monitors quality, progress, and safety within the workshop
  • Resolves practical and sometimes complex challenges quickly and effectively
  • Supports the procurement of materials and external services
  • Acts as a point of contact for colleagues
  • Guides and coaches (apprentice) technicians in their development
  • Actively participates in construction activities within the workshop
  • Ensures the workshop remains tidy and organized.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured and result-oriented
  • Guiding and training young professionals
  • Enjoys taking a hands-on approach
  • MBO+ (Higher Vocational Education) level of thinking and working in construction or metalworking
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Technical insight into construction techniques and ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong organizational skills, communicative, and practically minded
  • A true hands-on mentality
