For the monitoring of architectural and technical works, we are looking for a site supervisor who is present on-site daily and maintains a clear overview. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for contractors and engineering firms, ensuring quality, safety, and progress. You will combine practical site supervision with accurate project administration and clear reporting to project management and engineering.

Job details

Function

  • Responsible for day-to-day monitoring on-site;
  • Acting as the point of contact for contractors, engineering firms, etc., on-site;
  • Project administration: managing access, preparing progress statements, drafting and obtaining signatures for permits, etc.;
  • Inspection of executed works (civil engineering, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, etc.) and reporting to the relevant project engineer and project manager;
  • Monitoring safety on-site;
  • Degree: minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Electromechanics, etc.;
  • Experience in monitoring construction projects (primarily buildings; infrastructure is a plus);
  • Knowledge of civil engineering, HVAC, plumbing, and electricity with a view to inspecting execution according to project documents (plans, specifications, bills of quantities, etc.).
  • Knowledge regarding public procurement is a plus.
  • Punctuality and proactivity are an absolute must.
