Peggy the Payroller

Payroll, the monitoring of salaries, is a crucial factor for an organization like Netwerk. Peggy therefore fulfills a crucial role. For more than a decade, she has been the linchpin in the payroll department, and she does even more than that. She lives the core values of Netwerk by focusing on people in addition to the HR technical process.

Her fascination with people, talents, and motivations proved to be a perfect fit for a career in which she brings candidates and employers together on a daily basis. At Netwerk, she found the ideal balance between freedom and collaboration, challenges and successes. She explains how psychology and recruitment seamlessly merge.

Dieter Ingelaere at Fluxys

Fluxys site visit

On a sunny morning, we meet Dieter Ingelaere, site coordinator at Fluxys and a permanent fixture on the site since 2011. His workplace? The impressive site in Zandhoven, where underground gas routes intersect and where safety and precision are not empty concepts. Dieter ensures that the work on the site runs smoothly. From coordinating contractors to monitoring technical work and constantly assessing risks: like oil in the machine, he keeps everything running. Literally and figuratively. In this article, we delve into the world of Fluxys, where gas under high pressure, temperatures of -162°C and valves requiring considerable effort are daily occurrences. But also where experience, trust and collaboration make the real difference. Welcome to the site. Put on your safety shoes.
