The successful candidate will contribute significantly to ensuring that the site Facilities, systems, and services are fully contracted, aligned, and operationalized in preparation for start-up.

Integration Facility Coordinator

The Integration Facility Coordinator plays a role in supporting the integration of our clients ne plant into the existing O&P Europe business. Reporting to the Pillar 1 Lead and working in close collaboration with the F&I Project Lead and Site Facility Manager this position is pivotal in ensuring the successful setup, delivery, and operational readiness of all F&I (Facilities & Infrastructure) aspects for the future integrated site.

The role requires a high-energy professional with a growth mindset, eager to apply and develop new skills while driving and participating in a diverse set of F&I projects.

The Facility coordinator ensures the (temporary)building’s physical environment is safe, functional, and efficient by managing maintenance, coordinating vendors, overseeing supplies, and handling logistics for repairs, renovations, and daily operations, serving as the key liaison for all facility-related issues to support smooth business functions. He/she handles both soft and hard services, manages service providers, ensures compliance, and supports staff needs.

In addition, you manage the entire project file, including specifications and government contracts.

As a technical expert, you offer advice and support, monitor the operation of installations and take the initiative to prevent problems and realize sustainable solutions.
