Your function

As a recruitment marketer, you are the creative force behind our inflow. You translate the stories of our Netwerkers into content that sticks – and that motivates the right people. Whether it’s a LinkedIn post, a white paper, a podcast, a Netgazet, or an event, you know how to make an impact.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You work independently, but are never alone: you regularly coordinate with our recruiters, account managers and external partners such as photographers, copywriters, graphic designers, printers and event locations.

From managing our website and social media to organizing events, following up on sponsorship and creating inflow campaigns: you get every opportunity to express yourself.

Your job package (in layman's terms)

🎯 You ensure a steady inflow of candidates via social media, email campaigns, and our website.
📣 You conceive, write, and disseminate stories – on every relevant channel.
🎧 You set up podcasts with our Netwerkers and create compelling content around them.
📷 You collaborate with photographers, designers, and suppliers to visually strengthen our brand.
📰 You are the editor-in-chief of the Netgazet (2x per year), from concept to print.
📍 You organize events and assist with sponsoring and merchandise.
🧠 You conduct field research and interview Netwerkers in the field to stay in touch with who we are.
🧵 You monitor our branding (corporate identity, tone of voice, etc.) and ensure a consistent appearance.
💬 You actively listen to the needs of recruiters and account managers and translate them into marketing actions.

Your job package (hardcore marketer)

🎯 You are the owner of our candidate acquisition funnel and ensure always-on inbound traffic via SoMe (social media), SEO/SEA, drip campaigns and a future-proofed CMS-first website.

📣 You run our content engine: from UX-proof copywriting to snackable Reels, long-form blog posts (powered by SME’s) and hyper-relevant thought leadership on every relevant touchpoint within the full-funnel journey.

🎧 You produce employer-branded audio content with high “scroll-stopping” value. Podcasts = your playground. Format? Check. Script? Check. Distribution plan in line with your KPI’s? Obviously.

📷 You co-create with our creative stack (photographer, DTP’ers, suppliers) to deliver assets that are 100% brand-aligned. Always consistent with the visual ID, and compliant with our style guide.

📰 You are the editor-in-chief of the Netgazet (print lives!) — from concepting to layout, including storytelling, interviews, sourcing and stakeholder management. Print is not a side project, it is your offline touchpoint with wow-effect.

📍 You own event marketing from A to Z. You know the vibe of every venue, source’t swag, manage suppliers, and ensure that every event is on-brand, on-time and on-budget.

🧠 You conduct qual & quant research with our Netwerkers in the field — with a mix of depth interviews, content mapping, and persona checks. You translate this into real-life insights that further fine-tune our EVP.

🧵 You monitor our brand consistency with the eye of an art director and the ear of a copy lead. You are the internal brand guardian and challenger at the same time.

💬 You are the go-to marketer for our recruiters and AM’s (account managers), listen to their pains, pick up quick wins and think proactively in activation flows, lead gen and recruiter enablement.

Job requirements

  • You have experience in marketing or communication, preferably with a passion for employer branding.
  • You are a strong copywriter with a nose for stories.
  • You work independently, take initiative and love a lot of freedom.
  • You can plan and organize like the best, but you also get energy from last minute action.
  • You are digitally savvy: from CMS to e-mail tools and social media.
  • You feel comfortable in a B2B context with technical profiles.

Bonus points if you already have experience with: podcast production, organizing events, LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, graphic tools or briefing creatives.
