Functie

  • Analyze and process the needs of the internal client with the aim of linking the appropriate actions to it.
    • Collect and look up information (on the spot, from the systems, verbally, …) and/or supply data for the preparation of maintenance plans.
    • Ensure the necessary materials and resources are available.
    • Make agreements with suppliers, contractors, the own team leader, the requesting department.
  • Process, handle and follow up on orders and suppliers/contractors, with the aim of providing the necessary work equipment to carry out the maintenance tasks.
    • Create objects and enter order requests.
    • Follow up on orders and suppliers/contractors.
    • Maintain contacts with and conduct discussions with suppliers.
  • Give instructions and guide internal and external parties in maintenance work with the aim of ensuring that the work proceeds efficiently.
    • Give technical and operational instructions to internal employees or external parties.
    • Review detailed schedules of maintenance work.
    • Draw up, correct and update work instructions.
  • Manage and supplement information/data/material/documents/forms/lists/files via systems, databases and internal consultation, among other things
    • Collect, process and manage data in the designated application (company-specific IT[1] programs, equipment, …)
    • Perform incoming and outgoing collection names of warehouse articles.
    • Check, adjust and keep up-to-date data, plans, drawings and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Coordinate the work to be carried out with the parties involved with the aim of guaranteeing a smooth execution of the work.
    • Discuss the planning window and make agreements with the parties involved.
    • Consult on the required capacity, competences and modalities with the parties involved.
  • You have experience in processing/translating construction files into maintenance plans.
  • You have experience in setting up/managing a Bill Of Material/structured maintenance in a maintenance management package.
  • You are a driving force who actively seeks information from colleague experts/project engineers and can easily translate this to the executors/team leaders/installation managers.
  • You are proficient with office applications.
