Functie

  • You will coordinate, implement, and monitor the safety policy within the organization.
  • You will promote safety awareness and environmentally conscious practices in the workplace.
  • You will prepare the annual action plan and the HSE report and ensure follow-up.
  • You will develop targeted action plans based on internal and external input.
  • You are responsible for the substantive and administrative follow-up of toolboxes, emergency and safety plans.
  • You will detect risks and propose preventive measures in consultation with management.
  • You will develop the QHSE plan together with colleagues from various departments.
  • You will maintain contact with the external service for prevention and protection at work.
  • You will ensure the correct administrative processing of all relevant documents.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Possesses a Prevention Advisor Level 1 diploma.
  • Is familiar with legislation regarding welfare at work.
  • Has experience in drawing up and monitoring prevention policies.
  • Communicates strongly and motivates people to take action.
  • Proactively detects risks and provides targeted advice.
  • Enjoys working with different teams.
  • Works with administrative accuracy.
