Functie

Support the Project Procurement Manager in steering and overseeing the procurement and contracting activities of the EPSCM Contractor on the project.
Execute operational and transactional purchasing processes which need to be executed in Covestro procurement tools, including SAP activities.
Ensure that procurement work process are in accordance with the quality, environment, safety & corporate compliance regulations; the Procurement Procedures of the Technical Procurement and other regulatory standards as well as other internal process standards
Monitor Tender Processes executed by the EPSCM Contractor
Ensure complete an correct documentation of any documents all mandatory procurement reporting tools, including LCM (Legal Contract Management System).
Contributes to Procurement Reporting on purchase volumes, invoice volume, savings.
Supports suppliers performance evaluation together with the project team according to Project standards.
Check commercial compliance of invoices and clarify deviations.
Interface management with Procurement organizations in operational and transactional procurement (Shared Service Center in Bratislava, EMEA Hub organization)

Functievereisten

Languages:

English ( verbal and in writing) mandatory
Dutch, Italian and/or German beneficial

Competencies:

Long time experience in project procurement and Working in international teams
Open for diverse, intercultural team and cooperative work behaviour
Structured, detailed in documentation and reporting
Excellent Communication skills,
Organized and efficient
Pro-Active and self-organized
Reliable & trustful

SAP Ariba
