E/M Onderhoudstechnieker Spoorwegen

Voor een langdurig project tussen België en Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Elektromechanisch onderhoudstechnieker met kennis van spoorwegen. Het onderhoud en vernieuwing zal zich voornamelijk toespitsen op de Spoortoestellen als ook de wissels en alles wat te maken heeft met seinen. Er wordt een opleidingstraject voorzien afhankelijk van de nood kan dit enkele weken tot een maand duren. Na de opleidingsperiode zal de technieker onder supervisie van een ervaren collega geplaatst worden tot er volledig zelfstandig gewerkt kan worden. De technieker komt terecht in een ploegensysteem vroege/late/nacht waarbij verwacht wordt deel te nemen aan wachtdiensten. Onderhoudstechnieker

Voor een Hightech opslag- en distributiecentrum zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker die instaat voor het onderhoud van de installaties en het oplossen van technische storingen op de site. Je maakt deel uit van een vast ploegensysteem, waarbij je afwisselend in de vroege of late shift werkt. Tijdens je werkuren ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen aan het AutoStore-systeem, de conveyors en de wikkelaars. Kleine technische defecten los je zelfstandig op. Wanneer er meer gespecialiseerde kennis nodig is, coördineer je met de maintenance-afdeling of een externe partner, zoals Loading Systems, STILL of de leverancier van de conveyors. Je volgt de uitgevoerde interventies mee op. Ook preventief onderhoud maakt deel uit van je takenpakket. Je voert op vaste tijdstippen wekelijkse en maandelijkse controles uit van onder andere heftrucks, zijladers, goederenliften, doorrolstellingen, palletstops, olielekbakken en oogspoelflessen. Daarnaast help je bij uiteenlopende technische werkzaamheden op de site, zoals het herstellen van rekstellingen, het plaatsen van aanrijbeveiligingen en het uitvoeren van algemene onderhoudstaken. Je krijgt een zelfstandige rol op de werkvloer en bent actief betrokken bij de goede werking en veiligheid van de volledige site. De dagelijkse planning en taakverdeling worden ter plaatse opgevolgd.

Bouwkundig Project Manager

Voor een industriële metallurgische site in de Noorderkempen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Bouwkundig Projectmanager. In deze functie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor een bestaand portfolio van projecten dat je overneemt van een collega. De focus ligt voornamelijk op civiele en bouwkundige realisaties binnen een operationele industriële omgeving. Je staat in voor de volledige opvolging van je projecten, van de eerste ontwerpfase tot en met de uitvoering, waarbij je de geldende stage-gateprocedure van de site nauwgezet volgt. Je stemt af met architecten en studiebureaus, coördineert de nodige vergunningsaanvragen en brengt verschillende disciplines samen om projecten succesvol te realiseren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onder meer engineering, design, HSE, productie, onderhoud en externe aannemers.

HVAC Commissioning Supervisor

The HVAC Commissioning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the HVAC systems located in various buildings of the Project. This role focuses on ensuring that all machinery, equipment, controls, and E&I are correctly installed, tested, and certified according to design specifications, Contract, procedures, and operational requirements, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the Facility.

This position reports to the Project Commissioning Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Commissioning Planning

o Develop comprehensive pre-commissioning plans, and procedures for HVAC, outlining objectives, and schedules for testing and validation.

o Collaborate with project engineers and other Commissioning disciplines to ensure that the pre-commissioning activities are integrated into the overall project schedule.

o Review Sub-contractors’ / Vendors procedures / reports, and Method Statements /Risk Assessment (RAMS)

 

• Testing and Verification:

o Supervise Vendors and Subcontractor’ testing of machinery, and equipment’s, including its instrumentation and controls, interfaces, interlocks, loop checks and safety devices.

o Supervise functional / integration tests to ensure that systems operate correctly and safely.

o Drive Mechanical Completion on system and sub-system basis as required by the Project Schedule

 

• Test Procedure Development:

o Create and / or review commissioning test procedures (CTPs) for Machinery / Mechanical systems, and E&I, ensuring they are detailed and in compliance with Contract, and industry standards.

o Ensure that test procedures are clear and provide specific instructions for conducting tests safely and effectively

o Determine temporary system requirements to enable pre-commissioning testing

o Prepare schedules for Vendor testing, assistance and support

o Determine plant, equipment, tools and specialist tool requirements for pre-commissioning

 

• Issue Identification and Troubleshooting:

o Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during the pre-commissioning and commissioning process, working closely with other Site disciplines to implement solutions.

o Document any discrepancies from design specifications in Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.

 

• Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare or review detailed pre-commissioning and commissioning reports summarizing testing activities, results, and any issues encountered during the electrical commissioning process.

o Maintain accurate records of all pre-commissioning, commissioning / functional tests activities, including test results, inspection reports, punch lists, and compliance documentation.

 

• Collaboration and Communication:

o Work collaboratively with the Commissioning Manager, the other Commissioning Leaders, the Subcontractors, Vendors, and other engineers to ensure the effective execution of pre-commissioning tasks.

o Communicate test results and findings to project stakeholders, including Commissioning Manager and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.

 

• Safety Compliance:

o Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

o Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that personnel involved in commissioning are trained in relevant safety practices.

o Ensure that RAMS, PTW and LOTO are correctly implemented and act as Approver of the PTW issue by Su-contractors

 

• Final Acceptance and Handover:

o Participate in the final acceptance process, ensuring that all systems are fully tested, verified, and certified to meet the acceptance criteria.

o Facilitate the handover of pre-commissioned systems to the operations team, ensuring they receive the necessary documentation.

Project Manager HVAC

Als Project Manager HVAC werk je aan koeltechnische installaties voor onder meer de voedingsindustrie, de agrosector en diepvriesopslag. Je volgt je projecten op van technisch ontwerp tot en met de oplevering. Daarbij sta je in voor het uitwerken van P&ID’s, het dimensioneren van leidingwerk, de selectie van componenten en de afstemming tussen engineering, automatisatie en montage. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team met expertise in koeltechniek, HVAC en energie-efficiëntie, waar je actief bijdraagt aan innovatieve en energiezuinige installaties.

Safety Manager

Netwerk is op zoek naar een gedreven Safety Manager die veiligheid en preventie centraal stelt op de werf. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en optimaliseren van veiligheidsprocessen, het coachen van teams en het creëren van een veilige werkomgeving in samenwerking met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
