  • *Secondment only – No freelancers (ZZP) at this stage*

    For a project team in Delfzijl / Groningen, we are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor for an assignment at a starting construction site. You will monitor health, safety, and the environment at the construction site and contribute directly to the project goal. You will be part of the project team, but you will carry out the assignment independently and report directly to the HSE Manager.

    Your responsibilities
    • Conducting HSE supervision on the construction site
    • Verifying that contractors, partners, and employees comply with safety and environmental requirements
    • Identifying, reporting, and following up on unsafe situations
    • Daily presence on-site during construction hours (physical presence is mandatory)
    • Reporting to the HSE Manager on progress, findings, and any incidents
    • Contributing to achieving the project goal: safe and incident-free construction

  • What you have to offer:
    • A completed technical MBO or HBO degree
    • Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor in a construction or industrial environment
    • Relevant certifications/qualifications – and VOL VCA
    • Independent, decisive, and strong communication skills
    • Capable of taking responsibility for the quality of your deliverables
