Function

As Site Facility Manager, you are responsible for the complete facility setup of an integrated site. You ensure that buildings, systems and services are contracted, furnished and operational in a timely manner, fully aligned with the final state.

You manage relocation and fit-out projects, coordinate hard and soft facility services, and monitor quality, safety, budget and planning. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a complex industrial environment.

We are looking for someone who…

  • Has at least 10 years of experience in Facility Management, including workplace strategy and relocations.
  • Has strong experience in project management and transformation projects.
  • Is used to managing hard & soft facility vendors and third parties.
  • Has insight into operational and safety requirements within industrial environments.
  • Has experience in sectors such as energy, chemistry, oil & gas or utilities (advantage).
  • Is strong in stakeholder management and communicates clearly at every level.
  • Speaks and writes fluent Dutch and English.
