Function

Prepare and execute the full tendering process for supplies, works, and services related to large-scale EPC/EPCM projects in collaboration with the project team (including drafting contractual and tendering documents):

  • Implement negotiation strategies to optimize commercial and technical conditions, in alignment with the Procurement
    Manager’s directives.
  • Identify and anticipate the procurement needs of project teams, ensuring proactive monitoring and regular communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Promote market competitiveness by preparing precise specifications and engaging specialized EPC/EPCM suppliers.
  • Support risk management and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Master’s degree in Industrial Sciences, Applied Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct procurement, including at least 5 years on EPC/EPCM projects exceeding €100 million.
  • Strong expertise in tendering procedures, ideally within the industrial or energy sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to draft complex contractual documents.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; Dutch is a significant asset.
