Estimate costs/benefits and create work orders.
Participate in gatekeeping meetings.
2. Work Preparation
Collect all necessary documents, diagrams, and technical information.
Contact subcontractors and suppliers; request and evaluate quotes.
Prepare safety instructions and work regulations.
Coordinate preparatory actions.
3. Planning
Estimate necessary man-hours and lead times.
Schedule work orders according to priority, the maintenance plan, and the production situation.
Coordinate planning proposals with foremen and departments.
4. Follow-up & Control
Evaluate completed work based on feedback reports.
Monitor and optimize the quality of feedback reports.
Improve work preparation based on feedback.
5. Other Activities
During maintenance shutdowns: monitor progress, optimize efficiency, and make adjustments.
Act as the point of contact for external contractors.
Collaborate daily with foremen, technicians, production, and suppliers.
