Function

  • Knowledge and experience with UPDs (Basis of Design documents)

    – Ability to read, interpret, and translate UPDs into technical and organizational measures.
    – Insight into fire safety installations, risks, and principles.

    2. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations

    – Building Decree/Bbl, NEN standards, and relevant fire safety regulations.
    – Ability to assess what is mandatory, what is present, and what is lacking.

    3. Technical insight into installations and deficiencies

    – Knowledge of required installations (sprinkler, fire alarm systems, evacuation systems, compartmentalization, etc.).
    – Ability to analyze the current situation and identify technical gaps.

    4. Communication and presentation skills (including fluent English)

    – Ability to communicate safely, clearly, and confidently.
    – Professional level of English, particularly in discussions and explanations.
