Function

You are responsible for the study, cost calculation, and execution of HVAC and plumbing projects

You have the ability and drive to make suggestions and propose improvements

You will assist the draftsman in the development and execution of the plans

  • Team management:
    • Organizing and energizing the technical teams
    • Provide the necessary information and technical support
    • Project planning and monitoring
    • Responding to the need for adjustments and/or corrections to the installations
  • Ensuring well-being and safety:
    • Conducts workplace inspections
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (VCA, customer procedures, etc.)
  • Commercial:
    • Assisting the client with technical issues
    • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Personnel management:
    • Establishing and taking responsibility for the staff schedule
    • Motivating staff 3. Maintaining a pleasant working environment
  • Security:
    • Analyzes and assesses the risks inherent to the construction site
    • Ensures that equipment and procedures are in place to comply with personnel safety.
    • Ensures that employees are informed about safety instructions
    • Participates in site inspections and accident analyses for equipment subject to legal inspection
  • At least a professional bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of technical projects
  • Proven competence in the design and production of HVAC and plumbing installations
