Designer / Maintenance Work Preparator

As a Designer / Process Work Preparator, you play a key role in projects involving process installations, with a strong focus on maintenance and shutdowns. You contribute to the revamping of existing installations, implement design adjustments, and prepare clear execution packages for contractors and internal teams.

You will quickly integrate into ongoing projects and provide hands-on support to the team, making an immediate impact. Additionally, you are co-responsible for the preparation of a major shutdown in early July.

Mechanical Draftsman / Designer

As a Mechanical Draftsman – Designer, you will strengthen the team in realizing various technical projects and assignments. You will work on a long-term assignment where you combine design, engineering, and ad-hoc technical support.

This role goes beyond pure drafting: you actively contribute to design solutions, provide technical input, and are regularly present on-site. You will work in a challenging industrial brownfield environment where your practical mindset and technical insights truly make a difference.

Site supervisor construction

Our client is looking for a site manager for the construction of a unique building.

Knowledge of structural works, in particular concrete, is a must because you are the guardian of the quality plan. A complex specification requires a site manager with sound knowledge of the facts who ensures that the works are carried out according to the technical specifications of the client.

E&I Specialist

We are looking for an experienced E&I specialist with broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge to realize investment, replacement, expansion, and major maintenance projects. The focus is primarily on project preparation and engineering, rather than on-site supervision. However, someone who appreciates the “A to Z” principle is a plus.

We are looking for a strong theoretical profile with an affinity for reality. Someone who can translate theoretical knowledge into practical implementation and apply problem-solving skills to issues in the field.

Social Compliance & Process Improvement Lead

This role involves optimizing, structuring, and safeguarding the social compliance processes within INEOS Project One.

It combines operational compliance control with process improvement, digital optimization, and team support.

The focus is on efficient workflows, clear documentation, and the management of key SC systems (HubSpot, SharePoint).

In addition, trends and risks within the subcontracting chain will be monitored to enable timely corrective actions.
