Netwerk is constantly evolving. We work together every day to be ready for the future, one improvement at a time. In recent months, the next hurdle in that trajectory was taken: well-being. With the launch of great initiatives such as the Fit Bonus project, the introduction of the innovative ALAN health insurance, and an extensive training plan, Netwerk is setting the tone for the corporate culture of the coming years. This culture is rooted in the belief that the health, happiness and development of employees are the backbone of any successful company. In this article, we delve deep into the HR core of Netwerk. Together with Ine, we highlight the three initiatives that have a positive impact on the personal and professional growth of all Netwerkers, as well as on the working environment.

The Fit Bonus: Promoting Health in the Workplace

Central to Netwerk’s new approach is the Fit Bonus. An experimental initiative that puts both physical and mental health in the foreground. This project offers a range of activities and resources aimed at improving overall well-being. Employees are invited and encouraged to participate in various challenges and workshops. This includes fitness, stress management and mental resilience.

The Introduction of ALAN Health Insurance and Its Benefits

Another important pillar in the approach to employee well-being is the introduction of the new ALAN health insurance. This insurance offers unique benefits that go beyond the traditional coverage we had with KBC. The starting point is a more preventive approach. What is striking is the inclusion of psychological care and nutritional coaching. This coaching is part of the holistic approach to health. In addition, ALAN makes it easier for all employees to access medical care with the online doctor service.

Training plan within Netwerk: Opportunities for Development

The training plan offers employees the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge. Within the current roles and beyond. With the support of both sectoral and federal initiatives, we create an environment in which lifelong learning and professional development are encouraged. In this way, Netwerk contributes to the personal satisfaction of the employees and at the same time supports the growth and innovation of the company.

Netwerkers can follow any training that Cevora offers. You should always discuss the more specific training courses (safety, forklift, etc.) with your account manager first.

To put words into action, Elke and Dee Dee walked the Abdijentocht together.

The importance of prevention and healthy habits

In the podcast, Ine and Wannes go into more detail about their own views on health, life and work. Being aware and occasionally trying something new, such as intermittent living and challenging your comfort zone, are just a few examples of how Ine and Wannes themselves strive for a sustainable and healthy working environment.
