From recruiter to all-round HR expert
In 2019, Ine traded education for the private sector and started as a recruiter at Netwerk. She soon discovered that her passion went beyond just attracting talent. She wanted to contribute to a working environment in which colleagues feel valued and supported. Together with Inge (COO), she refined her role, shifting her focus to a broader HR function.
A versatile role within HR
Today, Ine plays a key role within HR. She supervises contract signings, manages the invoicing of self-employed colleagues, and orders PPE. She also steps in as a back-up for payroll and participates in strategic HR projects such as the well-being policy, the training plan, and the 2024 social elections.
HR expertise in practice
With a postgraduate degree in HR, Ine immediately put her knowledge into practice. She worked on a business case around personal guidance, which led to greater efficiency and effectiveness within Netwerk. This not only created a more motivated team, but also a strengthened well-being policy.
Well-being as a priority
The increase in short absences after the corona crisis called for a new approach. Together with Inge, Ine developed a well-being policy that looks beyond symptoms and offers structural solutions. By paying attention to everyone involved, they strive for a healthier and more sustainable working environment.
Balance and structure
To successfully implement her projects, Ine ensures a streamlined workflow. Through continuous process optimization, she experiences more peace and overview in her work. She alternates between office and home work, allowing her to continue working efficiently without sacrificing collaboration and communication with her team.
Ladies Night: fun outside of work
In addition to her HR work, Ine is committed to the Netwerk Ladies Night – an evening full of fun and team spirit, organized by and for the Netwerk ladies. With a wink, she challenges the men to organize a “Men Only Night” as well. According to Ine, they could use that just as well!
