Your function
As a recruiter at Netwerk, you play a central role in the recruitment process. Your tasks include drafting and distributing job postings, deeply analyzing the needs of both candidates and the company, and proactively approaching potential talent. In addition to organizing interviews, you embody our core values through your enthusiasm and personal involvement with each candidate. You bring refreshing recruitment ideas to the table and are a driving force behind our employer branding strategy.
Job requirements
We are looking for a true ambassador for Netwerk. Someone who is naturally results-oriented and can work independently. Your enthusiasm and resilience inspire others. While experience in recruitment is a plus, a strong affinity with technology and a willingness to learn quickly are essential. In addition, we expect you to:
