Function

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage inbound and outbound material flows and internal material movements
  • Unload deliveries and verify received goods against shipping documentation
  • Identify and report discrepancies in received shipments
  • Process goods receipt transactions accurately in SAP
  • Store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Coordinate internal and external transport activities
  • Ensure safe handling and movement of materials and equipment
  • Process goods issue transactions accurately and on time
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, audits, and regulatory
    requirements
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams on inventory planning and optimization
  • Review and validate inventory transactions performed outside standard working
    hours

SAP & Data Management

  • Record and monitor material movements in SAP/EWM
  • Ensure accurate material coding and master data quality
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Master Data teams
  • Investigate and resolve system-related transaction issues
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse data accuracy and processes

Quality & Material Control

  • Coordinate with Procurement regarding damaged or non-conforming materials
  • Liaise with Quality teams when inspections are required
  • Ensure proper handling and segregation of quarantined materials
  • Degree, certification, or training in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.Equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Valid driver’s license.Forklift certification is mandatory
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Able to work in a physically active environment
