Job details

Function

  • Secretariaatstaken (meetings plannen, agenda beheren, timekeeping, actions follow up);
  • Presentaties voorbereiden voor intern & extern gebruik (powerpoints voor DNB’s, regulators, klanten, interne goedkeuringsorganen, etc).
  • Data beheer ondersteunen via ontwikkelingen in Excel (data linking, filtering, layouting, Power BI, etc
  • Hulp bij opstellen high-level werklastplanning
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden in de dagelijkse taken:
    • scoping documenten van projects helpen opstellen;
    • budget opmaak voor lange termijn studies ;
    • overzicht bewaren van in te vullen lijsten of vragen externe partijen;
    • datakwaliteit verhogen in verschillende processen;
    • layouting van externe documenten.
  • Beheersen van/schrijfvaardigheid in beide landstalen (NL – FR)
  • Nauwgezet en oog voor detail;
  • Onmiddellijk beschikbaar zijn;
  • Goede vaardigheid in Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Autonomie en zin voor initiatief
