The Site Supervisor/Project Manager HVAC is responsible for the complete coordination of HVAC installations within apartment projects. You will be part of a Lean Product approach team with significant growth ambitions. You combine organizational talent with an analytical mindset and actively contribute to the optimization of our project operations. Your home base is Ghent, but you are prepared to travel to sites in West and East Flanders.

Function

Preparing and monitoring project schedules and budgets
Managing internal teams and external partners (such as subcontractors), in consultation with the site manager and foremen
Coordinating multiple HVAC projects simultaneously (averaging 6 per year)
Detecting bottlenecks and proactively adjusting where necessary
Initiating process improvements and structuring project flows
Thinking at a project level with a helicopter view across all phases
Monitoring deadlines and quality

Job requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent through relevant experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong in planning, organization, and budget monitoring
Experience with Lean planning is a major plus
Proactive, structured, and analytically minded
Strong communication skills in Dutch (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
Proficient with standard IT systems and works in a digitally structured manner
