Meet Rob
Meet Rob, senior recruiter at Netwerk. Since starting during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been a rollercoaster, but he has now fully found his place.
His approach
As a senior recruiter, Rob searches for candidates, interviews them, and introduces them to the account managers. He also contributes to actions to bring in talent faster. Is an account manager unavailable? Then Rob steps in himself to conduct interviews.
His approach? He looks beyond the resume. He wants to know who someone is and what they are looking for. Only when people feel at home somewhere can they truly shine. Rob is happy to focus on that.
Experience and ambition
With his extensive experience in HR and recruitment, Rob is always available as a sparring partner. He values independence and actively seeks solutions to challenges within Netwerk. Job titles hold little interest for him; he primarily wants to make an impact.
After hours
Outside of work, Rob fully enjoys good food and cozy dinners. He also plays competitive table football and was once a Belgian champion.

The atmosphere at Netwerk is warm and familial. The team combines professionalism with a people-oriented approach. Colleagues are always available and regularly conclude the workday together with a snack or drink.
