Function

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will be the guardian of the quality plan on a complex structural construction site. You will proactively monitor the works, ensure correct execution according to specifications and standards, and intervene before deviations impact quality, safety, or planning.

You will check compliance with quality assurance plans, sign inspection documents, and draw up clear inspection reports. In the event of non-conformities, you will take immediate action and coordinate with all parties involved on the site.

We’re looking for someone who…

  • Has extensive experience as a construction supervisor or site supervisor on structural construction sites.
  • Has strong knowledge of reinforced concrete (EN 13670).
  • Has experience with concrete repairs according to EN 1504, including sprayed concrete.
  • Proactively detects technical deviations and follows them up correctly.
  • Is familiar with quality control and inspection documentation.
  • Is Dutch-speaking and understands technical standards/specs in English.
  • Brings experience in an industrial or nuclear environment (an advantage, as is knowledge of 10CFR50).
