You have acquired a skill set in material and transport management and silo planning. What sets this role apart is the dynamic nature of daily operations, intervening in unforeseen circumstances, managing multiple internal and external contacts, and the opportunity to learn every step of the process—from the product in the silo to delivery to the customer.

The SCM execution team spans the Antwerp and Wingles sites under the guidance of the Head of SCM Execution Team BE/FR. Our preference is for someone based in Antwerp, though other EMEA sites are also suitable.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities are:

  • Transport management: Organize and monitor end-product transportation to our customers within a framework of contracted carriers, optimizing transport routes and methods (via truck, combined transport, and sea).
  • Technology Expertise: You are familiar with SAP/APO and data analytics. You are able to track key performance metrics, providing clear insights into the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of supply chain execution processes.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Logistics, SCM, or a related business field.
  • Three years of experience in supply chain planning.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch/Flemish.
  • SAP ERP MM/SD/APO: SCM-related transactions
  • Power BI: Consulting and modifying reports in SAP
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
