You support technical management with your findings regarding the safety aspects of the site. You perform objective and independent observations on the execution of activities by the contractor.

Functie

  • You oversee safety during the execution of the works, basing your actions on welfare legislation and agreements made by project management and/or included in the process control, Health & Safety, and work plans.
  • Based on your observations, you prepare observation reports (Aproplan – LetsBuild).
  • You make an active contribution to the preparation and adjustment of risk files and are responsible for proposing and following up on control measures.
  • You coordinate on a regular basis with the contractor, project managers, and technical manager regarding the observations.
  • You attend site and coordination meetings with involved stakeholders and participate actively in the consultations.
  • You attend coordination meetings and coordinate on a regular basis with the HSE experts and HSE Team Lead at Lantis.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in an HSE supervisory role on construction sites.
  • You are in possession of a valid VCA VOL certificate.
  • You are in possession of a Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate.
  • You have experience on the client side.
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of the Dutch language.
