Key Responsibilities
· Lead and deliver a portfolio of site services, including but not limited to:
o Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency fixes for the temporary and future facilities and infrastructure.
o Operational management and fade-out of the temporary facilities
o Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, third-party contractors and service providers; manage contracts and monitor performance.
o Address stakeholder requests, manage office supplies, oversee kitchen/breakroom services
o Lead small to medium-sized Facilities & Infrastructure projects.
o Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected problems and resolve them in a sustainable way.
o Ensuring compliance and safety in all aspects
· Engage with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment on objectives, requirements, and end-state configuration.
· Manage vendor relationships including performance monitoring, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.
· Maintain rigorous control over quality, cost, and schedule—escalating critical issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
· Support the Pillar 1 Lead with ongoing project reporting and performance monitoring (e.g., KPIs, milestone tracking).
