Independently perform the Services of CLIENT listed below.
Support planning “machinery safety project”:
• Independently performs: Preparing work for the jobs on the scope list of the machinery safety project.
• Work preparation includes: work analysis, assigning resources, calculating dimensions, cost/hour calculations, drawing up material lists, drawing up detailed planning, compiling a file per scope item. Is aimed at creating optimal conditions for an effective and efficient execution of the work. Limiting lead time and costs are important points of attention. Use CLIENT job card standard, work preparation in SAP.
• Performs assignments both independently and in a team.
• Management of change
• Cost support: Be able to closely monitor the costs of the project. Both expenses of contractors who will carry out work for the project, and the materials ordered for the work to be carried out.
• Ensures adequate cooperation and communication with the various parties involved (both internal stakeholders and external parties)
• Performs the work preparation, coordination and calculation of the assigned work package in accordance with the applicable procedures and guidelines in close cooperation with the R&M colleagues.
• Participates in project meetings.
• Determines the order of the activities in a scope item in consultation with those involved.
• Makes a cost estimate of the work packages for his part according to applicable standards.
• Ordering materials needed for the execution of the jobs
• Ordering contractors needed for the execution of the jobs
• Consultation with the various Machinery safety experts on site.
• Supports / coordinates the execution during the execution phase.
• Processes the data from the execution.
2. Technical regulations, specifications, standards, norms, techniques to be used,…
• Looking up information in SAP and Plant Portal/Documentum
• Use of standard MS-Office software packages
• Execution of the Services in accordance with CLIENT’s safety requirements and regulations
• Familiar with general standards and tools DIN, ISO, STLV,…
– SAP knowledge is a requirement
– Knowledge of the Machinery Directive is a requirement
– Good communication skills (Dutch)
– Able to work smoothly with Office software package
– Experience with cost monitoring
– Experience with project reporting
