Functie

As a Civil Supervisor, you will monitor the execution of civil works on industrial sites, from foundations to concrete and earthworks. You will coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and be the point of contact for quality, safety, and planning.

You ensure that works are carried out efficiently and according to applicable standards, and you promptly identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement. Thanks to your presence on site, projects remain manageable and reliable.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a degree in construction or civil engineering, or equivalent through experience;
  • has experience as a supervisor or site manager within civil or industrial projects;
  • has knowledge of concrete structures, earthworks, and civil infrastructure;
  • always puts safety and quality first;
  • communicates smoothly with contractors and project teams;
  • works systematically and maintains an overview;
  • feels comfortable in an industrial environment.
