Fonction

As a temporary Technical Project Coordinator, you will take full ownership of technical projects in an operational context. You will be responsible from start to finish for maintenance and improvement projects located in a complex environment of laboratories, growth chambers and greenhouses.

• Technical projects related to HVAC, electricity, automation, water treatment, climate control, building management system, etc.
• Coordination:
o Scoping of technical need and possible options
o Establishing and maintaining contact with external parties (contractors, services, etc.)
o Drawing up and following up on orders (in collaboration with admin colleague)
o Monitoring of the works according to applicable regulations
• Collaboration with various internal & external partners: technical service, project coordinators, administration, purchasing, etc.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in (electro)mechanics, facility management, or equivalent through experience
• Operational experience in a technically complex environment (e.g., R&D labs, production, or high-tech infrastructure)
• Technical knowledge: one or more of: HVAC, electricity, automation, climate control, building management systems, etc.
• Language: Dutch (good knowledge required), English
