Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer for an industrial player to play a key role in new projects and modifications. You will be part of the reliability team and ensure that all LCM deliverables are correctly developed according to RAMS principles.
You combine analytical insight with technical depth and actively contribute to the reliability and maintenance strategy of installations.

Fonction

Within projects, you are responsible for setting up and optimizing maintenance & reliability processes:

  • Developing criticality analyses for installations and assets
  • Applying RAMS principles (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety)
  • Structuring and building an asset tree in SAP
  • Implementing the RCM methodology (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
  • Determining maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective)
  • Defining and setting up preventive maintenance plans
  • Drafting clear instruction sheets and maintenance procedures
  • Developing a well-thought-out spare parts strategy
  • Creating and linking spare parts and documentation in SAP
  • You have a technical education (Industrial Engineer or equivalent through experience)
  • Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering within an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of RCM, RAMS, and LCM processes
  • Experience with SAP (PM module) is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
  • You work in a structured manner and are solution-oriented
