Fonction

  • Coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the safety policy within the company and
    on projects.
  • You will collaborate with various departments to achieve the safety objectives.
  • Stimulating and motivating safety awareness and environmentally conscious practices within
    the organization.
  • Preparing and compiling the annual action plan and the annual report on Safety, Health and Environment (SHE).
  • Drafting a safety and environmental action plan in response to situations arising from
    meetings with clients, management, or inspections.
  • Monitoring the preparation, distribution, and follow-up of the monthly toolbox talks to the
    departments.
  • Monitoring the implementation and informing about the emergency plan and the safety plan
    of a project, and ensuring that the associated documents are administratively in order.
  • Identifying risk situations and, in consultation with management, taking preventive
    measures or addressing points of concern.
  • Completing the SHE project plan in consultation with management, project leaders, and
    foremen.
  • Collaborating and consulting with the external occupational health service.
  • Monitoring the administrative processing of all mandatory documents related to
    safety, environment, and personnel.
  • Prevention advisor level I diploma.
  • Several years of experience as a Prevention Advisor I in the Petrochemical industry are required.
  • Knowledge of VCA**Petrochemicals and ISO.
  • Leadership skills with strong communication abilities.
  • Customer- and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Flexible
  • Very good command of Dutch (spoken/written) and a good knowledge of English and/or German (spoken/written).
  • In possession of a driving license B.
  • Permanent employment (no self-employed profiles!)
  • An engaging role with the necessary responsibility
