As Project Manager E&I, you are responsible for the realization of large-scale projects within the chemical and petrochemical sectors. In this role, you hold ultimate responsibility for monitoring quality, safety, planning, and the financial results of your projects. Thanks to your expertise in industrial electricity and instrumentation, you know how to tackle technical issues efficiently and actively contribute to optimizations and cost-efficient solutions. You will be given the scope to manage projects from A to Z, from preparation and planning through to final delivery. The emphasis lies on meticulous budget monitoring and reporting. In close cooperation with clients, site managers, and internal teams, you will ensure that every project is realized successfully, safely, and according to schedule.

Fonction

You manage project budgets and ensure that financial objectives are met
Periodic reporting to management and proactive control of costs and revenues
You coordinate every phase of the project, from planning to execution
Your expertise ensures the correct deployment of personnel and resources while strictly monitoring quality and safety
You propose innovative technical solutions and implement cost-saving measures together with the procurement department and work planners
You lead project teams and work closely with site managers to monitor and optimize progress on-site
You build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and serve as their point of contact throughout the entire project

Exigences du poste

At least 5 years of experience as a project manager within an industrial environment with knowledge of electricity and instrumentation
You have demonstrable experience in managing project budgets and achieving financial targets + knowledge of claims
You possess broad knowledge of industrial electricity and instrumentation and are capable of tackling complex technical challenges
You have strong communication skills and know how to motivate and lead teams
You take the lead in projects and ensure that all deadlines and goals are met without compromising on quality or safety.
