Fonction

* Prepare design assignments (new or modifications) and collect missing data, with the aim of gaining a good understanding of the situation and having all the necessary information to develop an efficient concept.

  • Study sketches and design drawings.
  • Perform measurements.
  • Look up the documentation and check the correctness of the information provided.

* Elaborate design assignments by using specialized drawing and design programs from concept to execution drawing with the aim of providing the drawing in accordance with the legal guidelines and wishes of the client.

  • Prepare the associated (electrical) diagrams and drawings (P&IDs, building and piping plans,…) of installations, constructions, tools and accessories.
  • Make calculations (e.g. strength calculation, checking of cable sections).
  • Select materials, parts, etc., taking into account the technical, nuclear, safety and economic requirements.

* Ensure that the drawing file is maintained with the aim of producing high-quality plan prints and making the most up-to-date data available to the customer.

  • Register and monitor the drawing throughout the cycle (design -> as built).
  • Register drawings/data in the appropriate tools/database.
  • Participate in the preparation of specifications and ensure compliance with them in the design.

* Provide and share information and technical expertise regarding designs, drawings or plans with the aim of supporting third parties in their work.

  • Prepare specifications and price requests.
  • Prepare technical construction files.
  • Answer technical questions from internal or external parties (e.g. suppliers).

* Draw up or check CE / MOC / construction files (or want to acquire the necessary knowledge of this)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • BA4
  • knowledge of Eplan and cable calculations with Caneco BT + Autocad
  • knowledge of and experience with Electricity and instrumentation
  • knowledge of specialized calculation software
  • knowledge of automation hardware
  • knowledge of AREI
  • knowledge of fiber optics and data communication
  • knowledge of KZ instructions specific to the work domain
  • fluent Dutch
  • smooth communicator
