For projects within the chemical and petrochemical sectors, you will serve as the Project Site Coordinator and the central link on-site. You are responsible for monitoring various projects, maintaining close contact with clients, foremen, and colleagues, and working in tandem with the Project Manager. On-site, you take responsibility for coordinating and organizing all project-related activities, including safety, scheduling, and quality. You ensure that every project is delivered correctly and technically to the client, always in close cooperation with and supported by the Project Manager.

  • Managing communication with the client(s) and the site team
  • Collaborating smoothly and efficiently with colleagues
  • Handling the necessary project administration
  • Drafting a safety file/project plan
  • Attending site meetings
  • Preparing and updating personnel schedules
  • Tracking and preparing project settlements
  • Monitoring orders
  • Preparation of files
  • Drafting and requesting purchase orders
  • Site measurements
  • You have obtained a technical degree and already possess the necessary experience in the field
  • Initial experience in a technical project environment is an asset, but not a requirement
  • You have strong organizational skills and demonstrate leadership
  • You possess the necessary perseverance to meet deadlines
  • You enjoy collaborating with others but are also capable of completing tasks independently
  • You are naturally a clear communicator, customer-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative
  • Category B driver’s license
  • An engaging role with the necessary responsibility
