Fonction

  • You will develop short- and long-term maintenance schedules, specifically for E&I maintenance works.
  • You will initiate, follow up on, and process work orders in the EAM system (SAP) and monitor the backlog.
  • You will consult daily with various stakeholders (production, team coordinators, etc.).
  • You will prepare maintenance work and ensure clear instructions, procedures, and revision sheets.
  • You will coordinate the execution of preventive and periodic maintenance.
  • You will check for the availability of necessary materials and monitor the progress of external support.
  • You will actively contribute your ideas during malfunctions and help identify structural solutions.
  • You are able to adjust your planning quickly in the event of emerging malfunctions.
  • You will actively participate in the safety and environmental policy and contribute to positive cooperation between all parties involved.
  • You hold an associate degree or an A2 diploma in a technical field, or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the (petro)chemical sector (plus).
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance planning.
  • You have thorough knowledge of EAM systems (SAP) and planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • You have insight into Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance and are familiar with work permits.
  • You are skilled at planning, organizing, and communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • You know how to set priorities, think in terms of solutions, and maintain an overview, even under time pressure.
