Fonction

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and provide support in the organization and management of the project
  • Supervise the entire project execution (from design through to delivery)
  • Coordinate and prepare plans and technical diagrams
  • Compile technical dossiers and propose optimal customer-oriented solutions
  • Select and dimension the appropriate equipment
  • Prepare price requests, compare quotes, and verify compliance before forwarding to procurement
  • Maintain continuous contact with the client, employing a solution-oriented approach
  • Provide operational and motivational leadership to a team of approximately 5 to 10 technicians, installers, and subcontractors
  • Identify commercial opportunities by offering technical alternatives; monitor planning, workload, and activities through site visits and (oversee) the execution of SAT and FAT tests
  • Prepare budgetary reports and discuss them with the Department Manager
  • Master’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, specializing in electromechanics, thermal engineering, or construction
  • A strong sense of teamwork and an affinity for technical environments
  • A structured mindset, the ability to stay on track, and excellent organizational skills, even under pressure
  • The motivation to actively contribute to concrete projects starting today
  • Good knowledge of Dutch
