Fonction

1. Input & structuring of schedules

  • Structuring, framing, and translating input from the project management to planning principles for the contractor.
  • Facilitating the construction, maintenance, and updating of the contractor schedules.
  • Developing and maintaining own schedules for scenario analyses and own Lantis activities.

2. Analysis & monitoring

  • Analyzing buffers and critical paths in contractor schedules.
  • Performing probabilistic analyses on supplied schedules and schedules built by Lantis.
  • Analysis of progress reports and planning-related KPIs.
  • Anticipating and identifying risks with impact on the schedule.

3. Reporting & consultation

  • Reporting schedule data and insights to project management and planning team.
  • Preparing, organizing, and leading planning-related consultations internally and with the contractor.

4. Advising

  • Advising on the feasibility of technical solutions from a planning perspective in collaboration with the technical management.
  • Advising the project management on planning aspects and the consequences of decisions on the schedule.
  • Developing well-founded alternative planning scenarios and explaining these to the IPM team.
  • At least 5 years of experience with project planning
  • Knowledge of the software program Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Good spoken and written knowledge of the Dutch language
  • Willing to be present weekly for 3 days at the office or the construction site in Antwerp.
