Fonction

  • Organizes and conducts maintenance and calibrations, and ensures the continuous, good technical operation of these installations.
  • Responsible for the preparation of customer tests (e.g., in the field of installations and products), and also responsible for the disassembly and coordination of the cleaning of the installations after the tests.
  • Assists in maintaining a safe working environment in the cleanroom.
  • Assists the “(SENIOR) PROCESS SPECIALIST” at an operational level during the tests so that the latter can focus his / her tasks on the process-related part of the tests. To this end, he / she can operate the installations completely autonomously.
  • Carries out the necessary administrative tasks such as drawing up spare parts lists, drawing up logs regarding maintenance, etc.
  • Is responsible for the stock management (products, consumables, and spare parts of the machines). Routinely ensuring SAP stock levels match what is actually in stock.
  • Technically monitors the installation of new equipment
  • Responsible for the organization and completion of logbooks of actions per machine (repairs, calibrations, yearly maintenance). Routine reporting to management (i.e., annual reports)
  • Responsibility for ensuring the utility supplies to the lab are sufficient
  • Responsible for contacting suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of ordered materials
  • Feedback of findings / experience with new and current equipment to other departments (feedback on ease of maintenance on coaters as example)
  • Responsible for the preparation of rental equipment in conjunction with process specialist ready for shipment (documents, cleaning, shipping etc.)
  • Technical expertise
