As a recruitment marketer, you are the creative force behind our inflow. You translate the stories of our Netwerkers<\/a> into content that sticks \u2013 and that motivates the right people. Whether it’s a LinkedIn post, a white paper, a podcast, a Netgazet<\/a>, or an event, you know how to make an impact. <\/p>\n

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You work independently, but are never alone: you regularly coordinate with our recruiters, account managers and external partners such as photographers, copywriters, graphic designers, printers and event locations. <\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcf0 You are the editor-in-chief<\/strong> of the Netgazet (print lives!) \u2014 from concepting to layout, including storytelling, interviews, sourcing and stakeholder management. Print is not a side project, it is your offline touchpoint with wow-effect<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccd You own event marketing from A to Z. You know the vibe of every venue, source\u2019t swag, manage suppliers, and ensure that every event is on-brand, on-time and on-budget.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udde0 You conduct qual & quant research with our Netwerkers in the field \u2014 with a mix of depth interviews, content mapping, and persona checks. You translate this into real-life insights<\/strong> that further fine-tune our EVP. <\/p>\n

  • You can plan and organize like the best, but you also get energy from last minute action.<\/li>\n
  • You are digitally savvy: from CMS to e-mail tools and social media.<\/li>\n
